Simple Way To Join Team X-Sim Racing Server

I added some new features to the SimXperience Commander For X-Sim software today that are aimed toward Team X-Sim racers. Specifically, I added an option to allow users to join the Team X-Sim server in a single click.

Combined with the existing functionality, a single click will now:
-Ensure that X-Sim is running and start it if not
-Automatically create FSD file
-Automatically start profiler and motion profile
-Set your rFactor Vehicle / Mod
-Set your rFactor Driver name (if you have multiple)
-Set your rFactor Car Setup
-Set your G25 Profile Settings (coming soon)
-Set your RealFeel or Leo's FFB Plugin Settings
-Start/ Stop Steam When necessary
-Optionally Auto-Join you to the Team X-Sim Racing Server!!
