In the iRacing profile that you are refering to, the first two effects 57 and 25 are multiplied by the 3rd effect 22 in the math table. If you look a the properties of effect 22, you will notice that it set to multiply with the values above instead of being added to the values above. Effect 22 is current speed so this is used to enable effects that can be set to take effect at a certain speed and then added to other effects in the profile once the specific speed has been reached. So this means that effect 25 in line 2 will not take effect until the vehicle has reached a specific speed but the other effect 25 lower in the profile will be in effect from the moment the vehicle starts moving. Once the vehicle gets up to speed, both 25 effects will be added together which will give a more realistic feel of higher G-forces at high speed.
