Last but not least there is LinkAssistant
Although i prefer manual linkbuilding and link cooperation that tool helps you a lot in finding the most relevant link partners for direct linking or 3 / 4 level exchange.
(Direct linking is called reciprocal linking and imho it should be done only with high quality sites with a good PR and a great level of trust for the search engines. 3 or 4 level linking is not so obvious for search engines and chances are higher that they cannot detect that kind of manual linking.)
