As I told you, there is an alternative firmware you can use but if you insist I'll PM you the firmware for AMC1.5

Thanks thanos but there is no need to PM the fw of 1.5. I already have it, get it before you take off the link.

And would like to build the board 1.6 but i have all the components and start to soldering my amc 1.5. Maybe if i can´t do the amc 1.5 gonna try 1.6.

Thanks anyway

AMC1.6 uses almost the same components as AMC1.5 and even less and the main difference is that it uses exclusively ATmega644 and the sparkfun FTDI USB breakout board for both power and serial communication.

Hi, I've the AMC 1.5 (with the alternative firmware) and the DSMhb. The dual bridge doesn't works (a few parts have burn) then I need a new one. Someone knows if I can use this one with my AMC 1.5?

Thanks in advance and best regards

I started to soldering my board AMC 1.5 and had a little problem in soldering actually were 2.

One. when i soldering the point i did a little error. I remove the tin with the sucker and I took the trail. Than i canot make any soldering more.
2nd. after welding energy input it got a little upwards and taken off the trail a bit welded in the board, redid the solder to track still on the board.

but I think everything is routed .. I do not know if it will make much difference without leaving the component soldering since the track was not going anywhere.

Wow ! man I was gone!
Decided to dust out my old AVR v1.5 and give it a whirl!
Works! original v1 22hz crystal firmware by Tronic. LCD runs, displays 128-128-513-523.
when pot is moved to either direction the number changes, when I connect second pot the board freaks out.

Can't say same for the H-Bridge V1.2b.
at first all all output LED's worked according to what I moved the pot, suddenly motor 2 green light quit, just the red would light up. Cool, replaced IRF4905L had extra 4, worked for a sec.

Now got new Symptoms:
motor 1 produces 11.79 volts at full bright RED LED (pot full turn on one direction), and Only -2.54 at full GREEN LED (pot full turn in opposite direction)
Motor 2 Produces 11.79 volts at full bright RED LED, and when I move pot anywhere past mid position towards opposite turn stays at .28 volts.
No motor are Attached just multimeter!

And at last Buddy just quit, No LED's reacts nor any voltage is read on the motor out.
I can read 12 volts on the motors supply.

So, I'm out of Extra parts!!! :sos:
But I do Have an MD03 here is the link:
http://www.robot-electronics.co.uk/htm/md03tech.htm
Question:
Can I use Tronic's Avr to control the MD03?
Got 2 laying around, but can't get my head around how to connect them to the AVR.
I see pololu h-bridge are being used, will be ordering soon.

Thanks in advance!
