You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Sirnoname, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this
license agreement and warranty.

FREEWARE PRODUCT

The package "X-Sim" may be used freely for both non-commercial and commercial
use, without buying a license, provided that:

(1) The author Sirnoname is given proper credit for his work.
(this also includes advertisements)
(2) The licensee does not claim that the software was written by him (trader).
(3) If the software is modified, any software containing modifications must
prominently state in the modified product or documentation
(a) that it has been modified,
(b) the identity of the person or entity that made the modifications and
(c) the date the modifications were made.
(4) "X-Sim" must not be transferred to any third party unless such third
party receives a copy of this agreement and agrees to be bound by all
of its terms and conditions.
(5) The software itself cannot be sold, dito making copies must be totaly free,
also the service and medium. Any builded profile out of this software cannot be
sold, also not the service. With this license agreement the user accept to share
his profiles in the x-sim community to keep it alive. (Forumsection "profiles")

This is a package for "use as it is".
Technical modifikations on motion systems should be done by experts only !
